CCX users are those who use and/or purchase CCX or our affiliated services.
CCX services include, but not limited to the following:
Financial Services offered by CCX and our affiliates;

Digital Asset/Currency Services offered by CCX and our affiliates.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We only collect information that is vital to the provision of our services. Personal information collected by us will be used for compliance purposes, which includes Know Your Customer (“KYC”), Anti-money Laundering (“AML”) and Counter Terrorist Financing (“CTF”) Regulations. Any information provided to us and our affiliated services is voluntary; by declining to provide us with such information, it may impede your use of our services.
The information that we collect includes, but not limited to:
Identification Information Full name, date of birth, age, nationality, gender, signature, phone number, home address, email, utility bills, passport number, driver’s license, national identity card details, photograph identification cards and taxation ID numbers.

WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?
Create a Better Experience for Our Users. The collection of data will allow us to update and create new services that will better facilitate the needs of our users. For CCX, your financial information will be used to allow users to generate and view financial statements.
Ensure the Integrity and Safety of Your Personal Information. The collection of transactional information will allow us to identify any suspicious activity that may lead to fraud or loss of funds. This may include enhancing security mechanisms, combating malicious activities, and identifying and preventing activities engaged by third-party trading software (bots). The information we collect and store into our database will be used for the sole purposes of complying with the international KYC, AML and CTF Regulations, in addition to other regulations which oversees the operations of our services. To Enforce Our Terms in Our User Agreement
It is important for us to regulate our services and customers, enforce our agreements with a trusted third party, in addition to preventing and mitigating any potentially prohibited activities and violations of our User Agreement. For these purposes, it is essential for us to collect user data.
If we are unable to process your user information, you understand that we have the right to terminate your account, as we are unable to perform our services in accordance with our terms.
Securing Your Registration Details. This will enable you to safely and securely access your account whenever and wherever you are.
Ensure Quality Control. We store user information for quality control and staff training, to ensure we provide users with accurate information.

CCX cannot guarantee that any loss, misuse, unauthorised acquisition, or alteration of your data will not occur. Please note that users play a critical role in ensuring the security of their own personal information.
PERSONAL INFROMATION RIGHTS
With CCX, you have a right to access, object, amend and delete your personal information.
You can object to our use of your personal information at any time and you may have the right to object to our processing of some or all of your personal information; with each request being reviewed on a conditional basis.

HOW YOU CAN ACCESS OR CHANGE PERSONAL INFORMATION

If your CCX account is closed or terminated, we will keep your account information in our database for 6 months. This ensures that those who are attempting to avoid fraud, cannot achieve this by simply closing or terminating their account. When your account is closed or terminated, your information will not be used by CCX for any further purposes, which includes being sold or shared to a trusted third party.
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS
You have the following rights:
1. You have the right to withdraw your consent to process your personal information;
2. You have the right to request that we provide you with a copy of your personal information held by us. This information will be provided in a timely manner, however such requests are subject to certain fee associated with the gathering of information (as permitted by law), unless such provision adversely affects the rights and freedom of others;
3. You have the right to request for us to update your personal information, which you believe is incorrect or inaccurate;
4. You have the right to request the removal of your personal information which:
is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
