Use of CCX Services

General Overview

Your Digital Currency Wallet enables you to transact Digital Currencies by requesting, receiving, and storing them from a third party by giving instructions through the CCX Site (“Digital Currency Transaction”).

Digital Currency Transactions

We will process digital currency transactions in accordance with the instructions we receive from you. You should verify all transactional information prior to submitting instructions to us. We do not guarantee the identity of any user, recipient, requestee or other party. Digital currency transactions cannot be reversed once they have been broadcasted to the relevant network.

If you initiate a digital currency transaction by entering the recipient’s email address and the recipient does not have an existing CCX Account, we will invite the recipient to open a CCX Account. If the recipient does not open a CCX Account within 30 days, we will return the relevant Digital Currencies to your original wallet.

Once submitted to our network, the transaction will be unconfirmed for a period of time. A digital currency transaction is not complete while it is being confirmed or in a pending state. Digital Currencies associated with such transactions that are in a pending state will be designated accordingly, and will not be included in your wallet’s balance or be available to conduct further transactions.

We may charge network fees to process a Digital Currency Transaction on your behalf.
