Answer: CCX only supports EFT, wire transfer and Interac e-Transfer.

 

Question: Are there any limits on how much I can deposit?

Answer: The minimum deposit amount in CCX is 100 USD and CAD.

 

Question: What should I do if I forget to put in the code/put in wrong code?

Answer: Please send your customer code and a screenshot of your bank transaction details to support@ccxcanada.com .

 

Question: What should I do if I canceled the deposit request?

Answer: Please create a new deposit request (with the same amount of you transferred) and send your customer code and a screenshot of your bank transaction details to support@ccxcanada.com .

 

Question: Do you accept foreign bank transfers?

Answer: Of course, please enter the correct bank information when you make bank transfer.

 

Question: How long can I receive my deposit?

Answer: It will take less than 3 business days. It is related to the processing speed of the system, and it is also related to the processing speed of the bank. After confirming that the money is received, we will accept the monies into your CCX account.

 

Question: Why I haven’t I received my deposit yet?

Answer: If it takes more than 3 business days, the most common reasons are:

  • There is no code or wrong code has been input into the transaction description.
  • The deposit request has been canceled. Furthermore transferring a different amount from requested will not be a problem in the new deposit system.

In addition, if you made an EFT, please send a screenshot of the customer code and a screenshot of the transaction to support.
